The Southern California RX Club and RotaryNews.Com cordially invites you and the staff of your company to join us in celebrating all RX vehicles and Rotary Engine Power, at our 16th Annual SevenStock Event. The rotary engine festival is being held November 9, 2013 at the World Class Auto Club Speedway in Fontana, CA. The SevenStock Event series is the largest single day Rotary Enthusiast gathering in the world and this year we will be featuring other Mazda brands to allow for more brand exposure and awareness. Mazda North America will be displaying some outstanding historical race and specialty Rotary vehicles. In addition, they will be running them on-track as a SevenStock highlight!
The most popular segment of the SevenStock event is back and just as great as ever! This activity is a great way to expose your products to hundreds, if not thousands, of event participants and show your public support for SevenStock. As in years past, we are soliciting the donation of Rotary related items/products from all vendors in attendance. Donations are strictly voluntary, and are not required for you to attend. Your assistance helps the SoCal RX Club offset the cost of this unique not-for-profit event. We continue to extend our appreciation and thank all of the vendors who have donated items to past years' events and look forward to working with you all again. Proper and generous promotion of all vendors and donations will continue on all of our web and social media outlets.
Vendor sales will be fully permitted at SevenStock-16! T-shirts, collectibles, hardparts, etc.. items may be sold. Vendors who wish to sell are required to have all of the necessary legal commerce licenses and/or proper permits from the State of California or State of origin. The SoCal RX Club will not be responsible for any sales or issues arising from sales at SevenStock.
Use of Club Logo & Event Logo
Please do not reproduce the SoCal RX Club or SevenStock logos without club permission. Raffle ticket sales and event T-Shirt sales are the club's primary source of funds to offset the substantial costs of the event while minimizing fees for enthusiasts.

Vendor Early Move-in: Friday, November 8, 2013 - Time to be determined. (Check back here for updates.)
Vendor Move-In: Saturday November 9, 2013 - 6:30 AM to 8:00 AM
It is imperative to arrive & setup prior to the roll-in of all rotary cars into the show area. The roll-in parade will happen at 10 AM. We need to prevent traffic flowing against the incoming cars, and minimize movement once cars are parked & the flood of foot traffic begins.
Why Participate?: Where else in the world can you get together with 1000's of rotorheads! Plus the 400+ Rotary cars on display! PLUS having the MAZDA RACE CARS ON TRACK this year won't be bad either!
Vendor MOVE-IN will begin at TBA on Friday November 8th. Additional overnight security WILL NOT be available to watch over rigs or equipment, but the entire facility will be CLOSED @ 6 PM Friday and reopen 6:30 AM Saturday. Vendors are ENCOURAGED to MOVE IN on Friday afternoon if allowed. Due to site access limitations, if you can not arrive to set-up on Friday Nov. 8, you will be REQUIRED to be at the event venue no later than 7:30 AM on Saturday Nov. 9.
